Role Overview

Efficiently manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles—spanning retail banking, corporate banking, insurance, compliance, risk, finance, operations, and front-end functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networks.

• Screen and assess profiles based on role requirements; conduct initial interviews. 

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers; facilitate smooth offer-to-onboarding process. 

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline and database for rapid hiring needs. 

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify job requirements and provide regular hiring updates.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of non-technical recruitment experience, specifically within BFSI, NBFC, or banking sectors.

• Proficient with ATS platforms, job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri), and CRM tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.

• Excellent sourcing, networking abilities, and ability to work under tight timelines
