Job Description
- To manage, guide, and mentor the NPD engineers.
- He should have good technical expertise and should have worked in the sheet metal industry.
- He should have connections with various processes' supplier base so as to get any development done in low TAT.
- He should have knowledge of IATF like PPAP, APQP, etc.
- Since quality is a major pillar of NPD, he will also have joint responsibility of QA & QC dept. Work hand in hand with the Quality Management System personnel and maintain all requirements of quality in existing as well as new projects.
