Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive orientation programs for newly hired and international nurses.
• Conduct regular clinical competency assessments and identify knowledge or skill gaps across units.
• Develop curriculum and deliver training on new medical technologies, clinical protocols, and safety practices.
• Support nursing staff in preparing for professional certifications and ongoing licensing requirements (like SCFHS).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master's degree in Nursing Education or an advanced Clinical Nursing track is mandatory.
• Experience: Management or coordinator-level experience within a hospital education department is mandatory. Similar experience as a clinical instructor or educator is highly welcomed.
• Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
