Qualifications:

•  Bachelor Degree in Nursing
•  Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Nursing Administration
•  Minimum of five (5) years experience in general nursing in a large acute care hospital
• Minimum of ten (10) years progressive nursing management experience of which at least three (3) years as Director of Nursing or Deputy/Assistant in a large acute care hospital
•  Working knowledge of continuous quality & improvement management theories and practices
