Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Power Engineering (MBA/M.Tech is a plus).
• 8-12 years of experience in the solar/renewable energy sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in solar PV technology, performance monitoring, and grid integration.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License and relevant certifications (DEWA Solar Engineer Certificate, DM Engineer Certificate, etc.).
