Your Responsibilities

• Business lead for department
• Maintaining customer compliance and profitable development of the department
• Full commercial, customer relationship and development accountability for the various customers
• Leads, motivates and supervises teams
• Drives performance improvement of teams to achieve KPIs
• Serves as escalation point for operations, customer service, overseas offices and other parties.
• Participates in reviews with the BHX/EMA Management Team to identify areas of improvement, reviewing KPIs and enhancing overall service quality
• Ensures that all enquiries are responded promptly and professionally
• Acts as escalation point for department
• Escalates issues as appropriate.
• Ensures that all interactions of self and team are compliant with the Code of Conduct and other compliance requirements e.g. anti-corruption.
• To ensure the delivery of and takes an active role in the development and coaching of all staff members in scope
• local Business Plan, sets clear objectives and reviews on a regular basis with the team.
