Job Title: OEM National Sales Manager
Salary:
£45,000 per annum with £13,000 OTE
Working hours:
FT, permanent
Location:
Covering from Birmingham to the North, along the M62 Corridor along.

About:
Parkside Recruitment are seeking a passionate and engaging OEM National Sales Manager, to cover Birmingham to the North
Our client is one of the world's largest fixings manufacturers
Job Objectives:
- Manage the short and medium-term growth of our National OEM sales market by growing existing business and seeking out new opportunities.
- Collaborate with their German Team to develop a long-term strategic approach to OEM and Key Account management.
- Provide learning and development support to the OEM Team in technical, commercial, and administrative tasks.
- Identify new target customers/markets within the UK and internationally.
- Liaise with OEM Team to pursue new markets and opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Support direct OEM team reports with individual duties and KPIs.
- Address any issues within the OEM team/business affecting performance.
- Develop customized technical solutions through collaboration with the Technical Department and Product Manager.
- Manage existing account relationships and expand product offerings.
- Drive profitable growth year on year with a long-term strategic plan.
- Work with the Marketing Department to promote new solutions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Sales Director to develop competitive pricing.
- Track and maintain account activity through the company CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on projects, sales prospects, and forecasted sales.
Personal Profile: Skills and Experience
- Fixings/construction industry background essential.
- Engineering background beneficial.
- Understanding of OEM/partner relationships.
- Minimum 5 years proven Sales/Account Management/National Accounts experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good time management and prioritization abilities.
- Experienced negotiator at key account level.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to think innovatively and create solutions.
- Capable of presenting technical specifications and selling product features to senior-level customers.
- Skilled negotiator resolving conflicts and leaving customers satisfied.
- Organized, highly motivated, and self-disciplined.
- Capacity to learn and adapt.
- Willingness to travel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s Products and Competitors will be given.
