The OEM Sourcing Manager is responsible for the following:

1. making sure the products of the company's private label are operable, of the right quality & quantity, and appealing to the customer 
2. making sure that the right order & production time are communicated to the supplier to meet the demand as per market fluctuations 
3. matching the right cost with the right quality and the profit margin 
4. developing quality management program 
5. expanding the range of products 
6. exploring sourcing options 
7. dealing with suppliers & manufacturers

Requirements:

1. Engineering Degree 
2. 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing, quality management, and product management
3. quality control experience 
4. consultancy backgrund is a plus 
5. great network of manufacturers & local experience is a huge plus 
6. experience in manufacturing heavy home appliances (heaters, refrigirators, washing machines, etc.) is a must
