My client based in Hook need a Part time Administrator to cover a very quiet reception and help with general administration. The role will be 22.5 to 30 hours a week, office based and ideally spread over 5 days, school hours or maybe 4 days. £25 - 28K pro rata.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors ensuring they sign in and sign out on departure.
Answer the main telephone line - take any messages
Respond to emails
Maintain the office stationery stock
Raise PO's and liaise with finance regarding orders and delivery notesManage the kitchen area, making sure its tidied and stocked
Liaise with DHL and other couriers for both deliveries and collections, package any parcels and deal with the relevant paperwork
Deal with deliveries
Monitor access passes and security to demise
Organise refreshments / order lunch for meetings as and when required.
Manage meeting room bookings when requested to do so
Any admin work, filing, scanning, printing, shredding etc
Ordering furniture - rental of furniture
Make sure meeting rooms and office is kept tidy
Sort out the office post
Assist with travel bookings when required
This is a lovely part time role working with a very friendly team.
