Office Administrator
Our client, an international financial services company active in the automotive industry, is looking for an Office Administrator to ensure efficient daily operations and provide administrative support to management and employees.
Location: Bucharest
Type of role: full on-siteKey responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and office documentation in line with internal procedures
- Support management with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
- Organize travel arrangements and logistics for business trips
- Ensure smooth functioning of the office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building administration
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Support the organization of internal meetings, training sessions, and team activities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a similar role
- Previous experience in financial services or automotive sector is an advantage
- University degree, preferably in administration, economics, or related field
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, service-oriented, and proactive attitude
