Our Client is an independent utility consultancy in the UK and procures and manages the energy, water, waste and telecoms requirements for some of the biggest UK.
We are looking for a highly responsible Office Assistant to join a dynamic team.
This is a "working from home" role with communication to the UK by Zoom, phone & email.
Candidates will need to have broadband download speeds of at least 25 Mbps.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Interacting with clients via email in English, escalating and redirecting the specific ones to the right people
- Gather (download) invoices from various sources, store them (according to specific naming conventions) under dedicated locations and upload them (manually and/or automatically) in the appropriate system.
- Gathering, formatting & checking consumption data from various sources, storing it under a dedicated location (and uploading them in the appropriate system.
- Support with utility invoices validation (to ensure they’re only paying correct charges)
- Support in raising any billing queries with suppliers
- Help in ensuring on clients’ database is up to date and follows internal processes
- Support in maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers
- Support in maintaining accuracy and invoice & data completeness
- Additional ad hoc support, as required by the business or your clients
- Manage documentation in adherence to company procedures
- Other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
- Proficient level of English
- Being able to work autonomously
- Team player and "can do" attitude
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethics
- Analytical and critical thinking and good attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and meet quality/productivity benchmarks and deadlines
