This office manager role is reporting directly into the the the Director of the business and in this role to lead and manage all administration functions within their HQ. The role is based in Harrow (with Parking)
Full time (Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm) Permanent
Salary range £24,000 - £27,500 DOE
Requirements:
* Excellent administration and organisational skills
* MS Office package (Word, Excel)
* First class interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Professional, confident and a warm personality
* Meticulous eye for detail
Duties:
* First point of contact at the HQ for all administrative support to all locations.
* Manage the procurement of goods and services for all locations
* Managing and negotiating supplier maintenance and service contracts.
* Manage the invoice processes.
* Ensure all relevant contracts, documentation, service level agreements are up to date.
* Liaising and communicating with the Operations team to ensure that highest standard of safety and service
* Ensure the filing system is manged correctly.
