Job Description
The person will join a worldwide and important project regarding optimization of Customer Experience and Omnichannel and will be involved in a Salesforce replatforming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to help shape and deliver business and technical changes
- Drive the requirements elicitation and design process, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and captured
- Validate requirements, analyse impacts and risks, and assure the feasibility of proposed changes
- Use the most appropriate techniques to define and document business needs, such as use cases, user stories and UML, ensuring system and process designs are recorded for realisation and maintainability
- Take responsibility for the full end-to-end testing of solutions, collaborating with and coordinating internal stakeholders and vendors
- Take ownership of reporting issues and driving them through to resolution
Your Profile:
- Extensive experience with working on large and complex projects (5+ years)
- Excellent theoretical and demonstrable experience in delivery methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst in Omnichannel, Ecommerce and IT CRM area
- Ability to influence stakeholders and vendors with effective negotiation
- Knowledge of CRM Salesforce platform is a plus
- Fluent in English and Italian
