Job Description
For our client, important fashion luxury goods Company, we’re looking for an:
OMNICHANNEL BUSINESS ANALYST
The person will join the Digital Transformation management Team and will be part of an important transformation project regarding all the Group globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to help shape and deliver business and technical changes
- Drive the requirements elicitation and design process, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and captured
- Validate requirements, analyse impacts and risks, and assure the feasibility of proposed changes
- Take responsibility for the full end-to-end testing of solutions, collaborating with and coordinating internal stakeholders and vendors
- Take ownership of reporting issues and driving them through to resolution
- Conduct and facilitate UAT, obtaining formal agreement from stakeholders and assure quality expectations are met
Experience & Qualities:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, also related to IT platforms
- Experience in delivery methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in international digital transformation projects
- Proven experience in: Omnichannel or Ecommerce or Commerce Cloud or CRM
- Ability to influence stakeholders and vendors with effective negotiation
- Experience in conducting UAT
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level is mandatory)
