Online Campaign Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management of digital campaigns for product and industry communication, for communication around trade fairs and events, as well as for brand/employer brand communication.
• Plan, allocate, monitor, and optimize the budget for the assigned projects.
• Conception, launch and implementation of digital campaigns including landing pages, search engine marketing, social media communication, animations, video productions and 3D renderings.
• Continuous success monitoring and testing, adjusting strategies and tactics based on performance data.
• Lead management - generating, nurturing, scoring, and routing of leads.
• Management of the relationship with relevant stakeholders, including contractual partners (agencies).

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Online Media or Media Management.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in online/digital marketing, agency experience would be a plus.
• Very experienced in working with web content management systems and tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, in Romanian and English. German knowledge would be an advantage.
• Good level of understanding of technical products.
• High-quality standards, structured work approach, and willingness to experiment.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop) and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
