Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the overseas market demand of air ticket to C business, and design the relevant functional plans and operation processes of air tickets and related revenue products;
2. Design the pricing strategy of air ticket packaging products and tying products, evaluate and track revenue targets, and make necessary improvements in a timely manner;
3. Starting from business goals, cooperate well with product, R&D, customer service and other teams to form an overall product solution;
4. Be responsible for large-scale projects independently, carry out cross-departmental communication and project management, and be responsible for the overall control of the project and the final effect.
Job Requirements:
1. More than three years of working experience in the operation of international air ticket products; Familiar with back-end product logic, familiar with common product design logic and operation process.
2. Familiar with the air ticket industry, especially international air tickets, familiar with overseas markets, familiar with the pricing logic of air ticket related products, and work experience in OTAs and travel platforms is preferred.
3. Sensitive to data, have excellent ability to quickly process and analyze data in detail, be able to pay attention to various data indicators and profit indicators in the business process, and be able to deduce the direction of business improvement through data.
4. Good English reading and writing skills, overseas work and study experience is preferred
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organization and coordination skills, able to complete cross-team communication and cooperation between multiple business departments.
6. Strong learning Xi ability and comprehension ability, able to keep up with market changes and system update rhythm.
7. Good ability to bear pressure and enthusiasm for work, strong sense of responsibility, and proactive work. 8. English and Spanish Speaker native or minimum C1
