Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, observe processes, and talk to staff to identify potential risks
• Draft and deliver reports and presentations outlining findings and recommending solutions
• Select or develop appropriate risk assessment models or methodologies
• Provide risk knowledge and training on risk management processes
• Collaborate with non-risk functions to provide an integrated approach to risk management
• Monitor progress on risk mitigation actions and challenge solutions and action plans
• Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations related to the organization's industry
• Monitor actual risk exposure and build relevant reporting/dashboard for key risks
• Oversee and objectively challenge any actions that may give rise to operational risk
• Design, implement, and deliver relevant training and awareness programs
• Implement all regulatory changes related to operational risk management
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports on operational risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in operational risk or similar fields (e.g. risk, compliance, audit)
• Strong knowledge of operational and regulatory processes of Non-Banking Financial Institutions
• Effective communication skills, and fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on projects
• Ability to deliver presentations effectively
• Knowledge of local/applicable regulations
