Job Description
Well know Freight Forwarder is looking for an Administrator for a 12 month contract
Key Activities:
- Stationery Ordering
- Raising Purchase orders
- Updating exchange rates
- Filing Audit reports
- Excel spread sheets
- Billing out
- Customer and supplier communication
- Following Health and safety guidelines
- General administration duties
- Understanding and using internal systems (Work-flow) supplier invoice approvals
- MART - inter-company approvals and matching
Specific Technical Requirements:
- Excellent Communication both Oral and Written.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Attention to detail is paramount.
