Validate EMEA Customer orders in line with Commercial framework agreement and maintain documentation to JSOX audit standard.
• Add Sales orders into SAP.
• Report open order book to Account Managers and Management on weekly basis.
• Conduct monthly forecast analysis.
• Use and develop SAP and Power BI to generate reports.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Day-to-day completion of business operational activities within SAP system to be completed within a compliant time frame E.g., goods receipt, stock movements, delivery notes.
• Plan and track inbound shipments of finished goods.
• Plan and schedule outbound deliveries to customers of finished goods with third party warehouses.
• Weekly meeting with external Customer operation’s team.
REQUIREMENTS
• 2 years’ experience within Supply Chain or Coordination role.
• Intermediate Word and Excel.
• Experience using SAP or similar system.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Results orientated
• Analytical
• Self-motivated and tenacious
