A Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is looking for an Operations Director with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry being a MUST with production background and experience in manufacturing as well. You will be one of the main stakeholders responsible for hands-on and setting the strategy for the site when it comes to operations, managing departments like production, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, engineering, implementing lean practices and warehouses. Also responsible for budgeting and people management, Defining and mapping the operations strategy. with a Degree in Pharmacy, Excellent communication and people management skills.
