On behalf of a well-established and internationally structured company, a leader in the bottled water sector, we are looking for an experienced Operations Director.

Reporting directly to the company’s top management, the Operations Director will oversee all operational activities at the Tepelene production site. He/she will be responsible for leading the plant’s functions including production, maintenance, engineering, and quality, with the aim of ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety and quality standards, and achievement of business and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all plant operations (production, maintenance, logistics, quality, HSE)

• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety

• Work closely with central functions to implement industrial strategies, investment projects, and technological innovation

• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs (OEE, costs, waste, energy consumption, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and quality regulations

• Manage the plant’s operational budget and identify opportunities for cost optimization

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior roles within structured manufacturing environments, ideally in the beverage or FMCG sector

• Proven track record in plant management and cross-functional team leadership

• Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality control systems

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and performance-driven mindset

• Fluent in English
