· Regularly monitor the process implementation of tube manufacturing.

· Production management and productivity improvement.

· Participate with Head planning and EVP to prepare 3 Monthly plan and distribute to operations.

· Raw material planning – in coordination with head planning

· Coordinate with HOD mechanical and Electrical Maintenance for uptime of equipment. ( Support by EVP)

· Arrange review with Production and Operations with quality. (Support by EVP)

· Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.

· New product feasibility and implementation.

· Review layouts and improve productivity.

· Analyze performance, objectives, policies and procedures.

· Assess the demand to optimize necessary stocks.

· Manage small projects for productivity enhancement.

· Lead and guide team of HODs to achieve their targets.

· Engage and motivate the team on a continuous basis.

· Foster and build the values of Kirloskar ISMT.

· Promote quality thinking and action among team members.

· Safety and housekeeping.
