- Qualification: B. Tech/ BE. Mechanical
- Location: Ahmednagar, Baramati
- Job Responsibilities:
- Regularly monitor the process implementation.
- Production management and productivity improvement.
- Participate with Head planning and EVP to prepare 3 Monthly plan and distribute to operations.
- Raw material planning – in coordination with head planning
- Coordinate with HOD mechanical and Electrical Maintenance for uptime of equipment. ( Support by EVP)
- Arrange review with Production and Operations with quality. (Support by EVP)
- Support in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives for the organization.
- New product feasibility and implementation.
- Review layouts and improve productivity.
- Analyze performance, objectives, policies and procedures.
- Assess the demand to optimize necessary stocks.
- Manage small projects for productivity enhancement.
- Lead and guide team of HODs to achieve their targets.
- Engage and motivate team on a continuous basis.
- Promote quality thinking and action among team members.
