• He should have experience in handling the backend operations in a larger ops team.
• Handling root cause analysis, MIS, Ops strategic view.
• Ensuring quality issues, having traning understanding.

Can be from health insurance space. if not then from other industry having quality mgmt./contact centre handling etc. Operational excellence and customer centricity is main area of focus.
