We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in FMCG, HORECA, or the Food Industry. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience (5+ years in the UAE), with expertise in supply chain management, logistics, sales, and marketing within the food sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, storage, and delivery.
• Ensure HAZOP compliance and eco-friendly practices.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting HORECA and supermarkets.
• Analyze market trends, logistics data, and customer insights to optimize performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
