Oversee and supervise the performance of Customer service, Replenishment, Quality, Digitalization, warehouse and logistics functions

Define and improve operational process in the country, conduct regular audit, propose and implement improvement projects to level up the operation performance hence to satisfy customer requirements

Quality - supervise quality management, be an advisor and coordinator to support company quality improvement

Logistics & Warehouse – supervise logistics & warehouse operations, propose/implement improvement actions to improve efficiency

Work closely with company leaders to develop, implement and manage strategic plans for operational activities.

Required :

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical is preferred.

Experience in Operations and process management, track record of success in Operations management and continuous improvement projects
