Main tasks:

1. Develops and maintains strong cross functional relationships in order to develop effective organizational planning, goal setting and a culture of continuous improvement through process improvement and enhancing the skills and abilities of production staff;
2. Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products;
3. Develops operations related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures;
4. Leads plant level meetings to help achieve production goals that match customer requirements. Use data and analysis to position the plant to meet future sales forecast, and address any projected production gaps;
5. Drives the execution of initiatives to guarantee a safe working environment with zero incidents;
6. Generate and analyze business reports, for internal and external metrics;
7. Directly interface with customers on an as needed basis;
8. Fosters high morale and teamwork by supporting the activities of subordinates through daily interaction and one on one contacts. Facilitates employee development. Ensures leadership growth of direct reports through coaching and mentoring, and individual development plans;
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Relevant degree;
2. 5+ years of relevant experience including supervisory experience required;
3. Electronics manufacturing background & experience preferred.
4. Experience with production management methodologies (including High Performance and Continuous Improvement);
5. Fluent English, native Hungarian;
6. Effective communication and diplomacy skills to guide and lead others;
7. Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects;
8. Ability to translate strategy into actionable information and monitor strategy achievement;
9. Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
