Our Client is a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry.

For their fast-growing operations in Podgorica, they are looking for an “Operations Manager, Finance & Logistics”.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of the budget, based on the objectives and tasks of the subsidiary and the group § Participate in the development and application of short and long-term plans.
• Ensure that business operations are more efficient and effective and that proper management of resources, production, and distribution of products and services is done as planned.
• Identify ways to improve operational processes, both internally and externally, in production, logistics, administration, finance, and in all other operational departments.
• Guide the development and implementation of procedures in the production, logistics, and other departments of operational affairs, controls the improvement of communication and adequate flow of information.
• Evaluate and assesse the results of all operations regularly and systematically and reports it to Managing Director
• Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicts future trends
• Conduct reviews and evaluation of cost reduction options.
• Provide the system for salaries and benefits of employees and ensures that employees feel useful.

Your profile:

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Postgraduate studies in Business Administration are strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• PC literacy.
