Requirements for the position:

• High Education (Management, Marketing)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales, experience in e-commerce welcomed
• Minimum 2 years’ in People Management (geographically dispersed team)
• Business acumen and very good understanding of retail market
• Very good communication and team management skills
• Fluency in English, Polish welcomed
• Willingness to travel
• Car license cat. B
• Fluency in MS Office

Responsibilities:

• HR:
  • Ensures proper staffing for the stores by planning the work of subordinate staff, creating work schedules, quarterly balance sheets, recording the working time of own and subordinate staff in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Law, OHS.
  • Takes care of maintaining the completeness of the documentation of his subordinate staff and transferring it to the archives. Responsible for the process of building an effective sales team through recruitment, employment, implementation, and strengthening the motivation and commitment among employees. Responsible for the implementation of new employees in accordance with the applicable standard, identifies employees with development potential. It monitors the application of the acquired knowledge of employees during training by observing the implementation of tasks in their daily work and provides them with the necessary feedback.
• Finance:
  • Supervises the process of financial documentation circulation and cash security.
• Legal:
  • Follows the guidelines of local laws and company standards.
• Technical:
  • Supervises the technical standard of the stores in cooperation with the external service provider.
• Expansion:
  • Participates in giving opinions on the choice of a new location
