Summary:
The organization is seeking an Operations Manager who can drive operational excellence across franchise locations, ensure compliance with brand standards, and enhance overall unit performance while supporting network expansion.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience engaging with investors, supporting franchise agreement negotiations, and contributing to expansion initiatives
• Proven ability to provide day-to-day operational support to franchise partners across multiple locations
• Strong track record in ensuring compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and service quality benchmarks
• Experience conducting site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews
• Ability to coach and train franchise partners to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to sales reporting, KPIs, and financial performance improvement
• Experience supporting new franchise openings including onboarding, setup, and launch execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, supply chain, and leadership teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within franchising, retail, F&B, or multi-unit business environments
• Proven experience working with franchise models, including investor engagement and franchise agreement support
• Strong understanding of operational standards, SOPs, and brand compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple locations and supporting franchise partners
• Hands-on experience in conducting site visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations
