Operations Manager – Built to Rent
The role:
Working directly with the Head of BTR, your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the growth of the operating team, including selection, training, motivation, and coordination of on-site staff members across different buildings
- Develop and implement the resident experience, bringing a hospitality guest-centric approach to the residential sector
- Build and review operating P&L statements to support the creation of business plans for BTR/Multifamily opportunities
- Design and develop standard operating procedures and associated KPIs to become the sector best practice
- Identify, propose, and implement the offering of add-on services to residents, to enhance the customer satisfaction, wellbeing, and brand fidelity
- Contribute to the development of an integrated CRM & PMS platform and reservation system, working closely with our in-house tech team
- Take part in the concept design development of apartments and amenities, with a focus on the key aspects impacting the resident experience and behaviour
- Supervise our property and facility management partners ensuring that their core activities meet budget requirements and target service levels
- Participate to the key strategic decisions being made in the early stage of this new business line

Requirements:
- Data driven - collating, analysing, and presenting data is key to us making informed decision to assist the successful growth of the company
- Strong at problem solving with analytical skills and attention to detail
- Have experience in the hospitality or real estate sectors
- Operations manager / hotel manager previous roles are preferred
- Very good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written), any other language will be considered a plus.
