Our client is a tenured global Enterprise Technologies, Systems Integration, Consulting, Digital Solutions and IT Services company providing business technology solutions to their enterprise clients, across the globe. Their Oracle Practice is on an accelerated growth path.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Senior Director / Principal Director – Oracle EBS & Cloud Practice
• Reporting to: Head of Oracle Practice / BU
• Location: Chennai / Bengaluru

Role & responsibilities:

• Leader of the global Oracle Practice / CoE of the company, comprising EBS and SaaS (Oracle Cloud)
• Own practice P&L
• Build and sustain core Oracle architecting and consulting / advisory capabilities
• Build deep relationship with Oracle and drive GTM (go-to-market) initiatives
• Display thought leadership on Oracle with latest / “next gen solutions” with clients
• Build and sustain Oracle solutions and delivery capabilities and capacity at scale
• Manage Analysts relationships and participate in external forums as thought leader
• Deliver on the KRAs for growth & profitability of the business generated through the practice
• Plan and manage the delivery of solutions, IPs, competency building, and CoE (Center of Excellence)

Candidate requirements:

• 20+ years of experience EBS & Oracle Cloud practice, including at least 10 recent years of leading / managing the practice
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding P&L targets
• Proven experience of managing large EBS transformation projects
• Experience of leading large teams (500 and above team members)
• Experience of leading Oracle portfolio of about $ 50 million
• Proven solutions expertise in EBS modules and implementation methodologies
• Should have experience of working for large US and European clients
• Must have solutioned for and delivered on large scale upgrades, implementation / roll outs
• Deep expertise in quality processes
• Well versed with resource management process
• Strong expertise in onsite – offshore and multi-shore delivery models
• Formidable Oracle solutions expertise, leading pre-sales with functional, technical, delivery / implementation, transition, transformation and pricing solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration and client handling skills
• Degree in Engineering – preferable
• Oracle certifications – highly preferable
