▪ Min 4-7 years’ experience in delivering projects focused on end-to-end EPM transformation including Financial Consolidation, Planning, Cost Management, and integrated reporting enabled by various EPM technologies such as Oracle, OneStream, and Anaplan

▪ Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on EPM projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration. conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post ‘go live’ support.

▪ Experienced and comfortable in working as part of a global team; co creating solutions with architects located outside of Egypt

▪ Contributing to our continued Finance Transformation thought leadership, working closely with colleagues across the Firm, mentoring and coaching other team members, participating in development of go to market propositions and accelerators to improve our service offerings

▪ Assisting functional stream lead with technical evaluation of the solution scenarios

▪ Developing solution on respective functional specification in the overall transformation context

▪ Accountable / responsible for data migration and cutover topics for the respective stream

▪ Accountable / responsible for stream issue resolution post go-live and transition to support

Essential skills & attributes:

● Proven implementation expertise in EPM products - Oracle (FCCS, E/PBCS, PCM, EDM, ARCS) or Onestream or Anaplan

● Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations

● Certified product knowledge and expertise in any one of the EPM products

● Has the competence to perform the role effectively

● Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as basic presentation skills

● Ability to work within a fast-paced & unstructured environment. Must be able to multi-task and effectively and continually prioritise

● Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

● Ability to interact efficiently with senior members of the firm across multiple time zones
