Our client, a reputed Group Holding company, is looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Cloud CX (CRM) Consultant - Dubai. Budget – AED 25K – 30K + Family status, to expedite, share CV – [email protected]
Role and Responsibilities :
- The role of the Oracle Fusion Cloud CX & Property Management System Specialist consultant is to work on Oracle Fusion implementation / maintenance projects.
- Candidate should have 6+ of experience in CX module and Real Estate applications using Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Ideal candidate should have hands on experience in CX Cloud and Real Estate functions. At least 3-4 full cycle implementations in Fusion of which one Multi companies (group) implementation is must.
- Should have strong knowledge in Oracle Sales & Service (Engagement cloud).
- Should have strong knowledge on Sales automation process Lead Management, Opportunity Management.
- Should have working experience on customization & configurations of Oracle Sales & Service (Engagement cloud) like creating custom objects, Application composer, Page composer, Object workflows, Approval Workflows.
- Hands on experience in Sales, Lease and Sub lease Administration, Property Portfolio Management, Space Management, Common Area Maintenance, Integration with 3rd party application.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of sales and Lease Accounting concepts.
- Ability working with business users to gather and document requirements, perform fit/gap analysis and application set-ups/configuration, testing, and training required.
- Experience with implementation and/or roll-out project is required.
- Experience in groovy scripting, application integration, DCS portal and Field service is required.
- Ability to write Functional specification documents to design RICE components.
- Must possess excellent communication skills along with the ability to work closely with senior Management. Should have experience in Business Requirement gathering, GAP Analysis, Application configuration, Prototype design and End user training.
- Exposure to Oracle OUM Document Methodology is mandatory.
- Should demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with Business users and client management.
- Coordinate with technical lead for execution of development related tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Training customer team on property management features.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Adherence to agreed Support Processes, Procedures, and compliance requirements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Computer science or equivalent.
- Ideally but not essential the candidate will be certified in Oracle Fusion CX
