Our client, a reputed Group Holding company is looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant- Dubai. Budget – 22K – 26K AED + Family status, to expedite, share CV – [email protected]

Role and Responsibilities:

• The role of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM consultant is to work on Oracle Fusion implementation / maintenance projects.
• Must have minimum 7+ years of relevant experience on implementing and supporting Fusion HCM modules - Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Suite, ORC and OTL
• Should have worked on at least 3-4 full cycle of Implementations and few Maintenance projects as Lead or Functional Consultant in HCM Fusion.
• Strong Functional Skills on Fusion- Core HR, Absence, Bi / OTBI Reports, OTL, Talent Suite.
• Experience in Inbound and Outbound integrations, reports, and data loading.
• Additional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement module will be preferred
• Should be able to drive Support and Upgrades
• Should have experience in Stake Holder Management and user department communication.
• Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences.
• Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
• Should be able to handle and support the teams.
• Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer science or equivalent.
• Ideally but not essential the candidate will be certified in Oracle Fusion HCM
