The Oracle Technology Tower Lead will play a critical role in being a part of a team of problem solvers and help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. 

The ideal candidate has the following:

• 12-15 years of experience in building, maturing, and running an offshore/remote Oracle delivery centre that provides both transformational (build) & support servcies (run)
• experience across all Oracle modules & other related Oracle products 
• ability to work with in-territory client pursuit/ engagement teams to co-create client proposals/ solutions that utilise EDC staff
• strong alliance relationships with Oracle & other strategic technology partners in Egypt
