Order Administration Team Leader - (Amazon) required for my client
Offices based in Uxbridge / Hayes area with Hybrid working, onsite parking and excellent benefits!!
Starting salary - £34,000 - £38,000 depending on skills and experience.
This role overall has the responsibility for the management of the Amazon (experience using another E-comm business also considered) EDI orders, not only processing the EDI orders received but analysing the orders too, managing a small team and working collaboratively with other teams. You will mainly be working on the Amazon account (for the UK and Germany)
You will be an expert ERP user who is able to identify, initiate and drive required improvements, ERP System enhancements including onboarding new Amazon Markets
Ideally you will have SAP experience (or a similar ERP experience like Oracle)
You will have a strong background in order management, data entry and order processing on ERP system
An excellent communicator who can work with other depts in order to get the stock to fulfil the accounts requirements (warehouse, demand planning, sales accounts managers etc)
Provide monthly / quarterly and year end status reports
Ability to analyse orders across the markets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Speaking an additional European language his highly desired, but not essential.
Minimum requirements for the role
At least 3 years experience of EDI Order Management
Previous experiences of processing EDI orders On Amazon or another E-comm platform
Managing Amazon vendor account
Excellent Excel skills for reporting
Understand the Amazon vendor trade terms to ensure profitability
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Great Influencing skills
Can do, hands on attitude
Some people management skills desired but not essential but would be good for someone looking to step up and manage a small team
Excellent planner with 1st class organisational skills
Team Player
Highly desired but non essential skills
Can speak an additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian and English)
