International company based in Heathrow / Hounslow require an Order Management coordinator to process customer orders via SAP and resolve any issues with delivery. Previous experience preferred with excellent customer service skills. Hybrid working is offered.
Job Responsibilities and Major Activities:
General:
- Answer telephone calls from customers relating to general sales queries, price confirmations, order confirmations, lead-times, availability, delivery and any other order related queries.
- Answer all B2B related emails sent to company inbox's or your personal email within the defined SLA.
- Ensure all team order management processes are completed within the defined SLA's.
- Handle all other customer communication received via any channel within the agreed SLA.
- Complete all daily/weekly reports and tasks and ensure all follow up action is completed.
- Liaise effectively with all internal functions to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved through effective and timely communication.
- Consistently develop your knowledge of SAP utilizing it to continually improve business processes.
Specialism:
- Be principle point of contact for your defined Sales channel/s with responsibility for managing all activities related to order management.
- Build and manage relationships with your defined Sales channels in order to stream line and continuously improve internal and external processes.
- Ensure changes to customers' requirements are evaluated and communicated to the required internal departments.
