Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the order management team to meet goals.

• Serve as the primary client contact post-sales, ensuring clear communication.

• Review orders and contracts for accuracy and timely delivery.

• Coordinate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups.

• Work with Engineering on drawings, approvals, and documentation.

• Track order progress and resolve issues promptly.

• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Client relationship management and communication skills

• 5-7 years of experience order management, sales operations, or a similar role

• Strong Knowledge of order-to-cash process in construction supply/ manufacturing

• Understanding of contracts, warranties, and commercial terms.

• Proficiency in WBS systems and MS Office

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Candidates from the manufacturing, construction , steel or cladding industries would be more relevant
