Job Purpose:
Operating all Organizational Development activities as requested, including simultaneously working with hospital depattments to process and provide instructions on Organizational Development activities for organization. Furthermore, analyze, maintain, manage, and patticipate in preparing flow charts, reports, questionnaires and several other Organizational Development activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to the business, building relationships and providing ongoing support on OD change
management and development initiatives.
2. Leads on service redesign structures and streamline processes in clinical and non-clinical departments with
Hospital.
3. Leads behavioral change management and consulting services to the various functions within the organization.4. Maintains the operations performance level and support the business growth to reach the desired objectives.
5. Research and leverage industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices; providing guidance when difficult
decisions are required.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert for organizational effectiveness and leader/employee development by
effectively collaborating with business lines and senior leaders to achieve goals.
7. Work with all levels of leadership/management/union personnel to communicate organizational development
initiatives, training, and opportunities.
8. Partner with client organizations and leaders to identify, plan and implement customized interventions to
accomplish strategic outcomes and optimize workplace performance.
9. Plan, develop content, and facilitate workshops, leadership offsites, and teambuilding sessions. Effectively facilitate sessions, ensuring achievement of desired outcomes and following up with consultative recap and recommendations for future actions.10.Use appropriate resources, assessments, and tools to diagnose organizational effectiveness, make,
recommendations and implement interventions, including focus groups, conflict resolution, team building, etc.
11.Engage best practices in managing executive development programs, including but not limited to executive coaching, executive mentocship, and executive sponsorship initiatives. Maintain awareness of industry-related best practices. Identify and share opportunities for continuous improvement of Organizational Development programs, processes and practices.12.ldentify key drivers, issues and trends based on customer requests, discussions, and information surfaced in workshops. Partner with organizational development team to diagnose and discuss potential opportunities/solutions to address employee, leader, and company development needs and enhance the competence of our workforce.
13.Act as a change agent for special project and initiatives, planning and implementing strategic solutions that support leadership and organizational effectiveness.
14.Demonstrate ability to influence and lead through conflict situations and complex issues with executive presence and composure.
15.Design, develop, implement and/or manage high-level leadership programs and projects.
16.Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to assist employees in preparation for possible career advancement.
17.Collaborate with organizational development team and line organizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
18.Adapt to changing demands as defined by business and operational needs.
19.Provide updates, progress reports, and status reports on projects and areas of responsibility.
20.Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Required Profile:
Educational: MBA in Human Resources Management or other relevant filed from recognized college.
Professional & Experience: Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience in project management, process improvement.
Certification: Lean Six Sigma Certification.
