The OD Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's organizational development strategy. Key responsibilities include:

Organizational Structure Development: Design and implement effective organizational structures that align with company goals and facilitate efficient workflow.

Job Description Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect job responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for all positions within the organization.

Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs. This includes forecasting staffing needs, identifying skill gaps, and implementing strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and enhance performance management systems that align with organizational objectives.

Leadership Development: Identify high-potential employees and develop leadership development programs to nurture and promote internal talent.

Change Management: Effectively manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in preparing and implementing organizational structures.
- An automotive industry background can be a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining job descriptions.
- Strong background in workforce planning, including talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of performance management systems.
- Previous experience in leadership development programs is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Change management experience is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
