Job Description:

• Examining patients to diagnose bone, joint, ligament, or other musculoskeletal problems, including diseases, or injuries.
• Treating Acute and chronic injuries and pain.
• Perform diagnosis and examination of fractures or bone deformities in order to determine which mode of treatment will be proper
• Study patients’ medical history so as to be able to determine patterns in the injury or disorder.
• Carry out required surgical procedures to re-fix broken/fractured bones
• Prescribe necessary drugs that will help patients in their recovery process
• Perform blood tests and imaging tests for patients to check for any sort of pathology and degenerative bone condition
• Refer patients to other medical specialists like physiologists to help in the patients’ treatment procedure and to provide additional medical care
• Educate relatives of patients on ways by which they can support them through recovery
• Make arrangement for after-surgery rehabilitation plans that will help patients’ healing process.

Job requirments: 

• Jordanian Board degree or Equivilant in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Certification in the speciality must be recognized by the Saudi commission.
• Dataflow is a must.
• Saudi classification is preferable.
