For an international company leader in the automation and robotics field we are seeking a motivated OT Engineer with a strong interest in network and infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance in OT field.

As an Engineer in OT - Operational Technology area, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of OT engineering, working closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to contribute to our product evolution and ensure that our solutions meet customer requirements. This role will provide you with specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing initiatives related to OT innovations, system deployment within customers' infrastructure, new business opportunities related to OT and CyberSecurity, and maintenance activities. You will collaborate with Project Engineering, Operations, IT, R&D, and other Supply Chain units.

How you will contribute:

• Assist in the design and implementation of network and infrastructure solutions, such as data centers, Wi-Fi networks, and communication protocols, while adhering to industry regulations and standards related to OT systems.
• Support in troubleshooting OT network and system issues and contribute to implementing corrective actions to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Learn about industrial automation, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity to provide input for product evolution and meeting customer requirements.
• Engage with customers to gather information about their network and infrastructure needs and provide assistance in implementing solutions that meet their requirements.
• Assist in the management and configuration of routers and switching infrastructure.
• Utilize automation and scripting tools under guidance to streamline processes and optimize network IP addresses.
• Support projects aimed at deploying OT security platforms. Ensure that cyber security policies and procedures align with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISA/IEC 62443.
• Participate in security assessments of the OT environment, contribute to identifying vulnerabilities, perform risk analyses, and provide support in prioritizing and defining remediation measures.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and provide technical support on data network-related issues as part of the 3rd level support team.
• Assist in providing technical support and training to internal teams and external customers on OT networks, protocols, and assets/devices, as well as their engineering solutions.

Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Some experience in OT system design, implementation, and maintenance, with a basic understanding of OT technologies, protocols, and standards. Interest in learning about managing and configuring routers and switching infrastructure from systems such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE/Aruba, and others.

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and troubleshoot OT network and system issues. Basic knowledge of remote system administration, protocol configuration, and network troubleshooting.
