Exciting Temp Opportunity in Staines-upon-Thames: PA/EA & Office Manager
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join their team for a 6-month maternity leave cover, starting mid-August. This role is a dynamic mix of PA/EA duties and office management, perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to hit the ground running. There is potential for an additional 6-month extension.

- Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
- Proactive Attitude: Proven ability to effectively handle and screen phone calls.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Office, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google equivalents.
- Event Management Experience: Experience in organizing office events and facilities management is a plus.
- Flexible hours: 9-5 with some flexibility, occasional out-of-hours calls may be required.
