Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the Country Director complex calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Undertake research and prepare briefs for meetings and projects.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Interact with Global Departments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to C-level executives.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
Location: Central London
