Packaging Sales Support Engineer 

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for the sales team on custom packaging solutions (Paper and plastic);
2. Design packaging concepts based on technical drawings or samples, be able to present prototypes;
3. Prepare technical documentation and cost quotations;
4. Manage packaging specifications, and technical drawings;
5. Coordinate packaging development select optimal in house or outsourced solution;
6. Manage packaging-related RFQs toward subcontractors;
7. Participate in customer meetings;
8. Provide outstanding customer service by going above and beyond.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Industrial Product Engineering / Light Industry Engineering / Mechanical Engineering;
2. Knowledge of industrial packaging materials (cardboard, foam, plastics, etc.) and packaging processes;
3. Experience in coordinating with suppliers of packaging raw materials;
4. User-level proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD design software.
