The Sr. Manager for Packaging solutions will be responsible for overseeing the whole packaging process, ensuring our products are properly packaged according to local & international regulations as well as Customer´s need.

What will you do:

• Creates and sustains a global packaging strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on standardization, quality enhancement, and product safety.
• Establishes consistent packaging processes and specifications across all regions, ensuring international regulatory compliance.
• Partners with vendors to incorporate advanced packaging technologies that improve quality, reduce costs, and meet sustainability goals.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to develop a packaging strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Leads efforts to continuously improve packaging processes, ensuring they are efficient, sustainable, and compliant with industry standards.
• Develops and oversees regional packaging guidelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Guides and supports regional packaging teams, fostering an innovative and collaborative work environment.

What you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical packaging or a related field is required.
• You should have 5 years of experience in an industrial packaging environment, either with packaging solution providers or within manufacturers' packaging departments.
• Strong leadership skills are essential, particularly in managing teams across different time zones and remote locations.
• The role involves working on a global scale to support our customers, with a willingness to travel internationally, including frequent visits to suppliers and solar sites.
• Proficiency in English and outstanding communication skills are crucial.
