Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- 2 years of experience in the same Field.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Saudi license holder is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Job description and responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric oncology patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Provide palliative care and pain management.
- Educate patients and families about the disease and treatment options.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and manage side effects.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical research and trials.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric oncology.
- Contribute to the development of best practices in pediatric oncology care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of pediatric oncology patients.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
- Engage in community outreach and education programs.
