Your Future Role:
As a Part-Qualified Audit Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in:
- Audit Execution: Planning, implementing, and concluding audits in compliance with relevant auditing standards and adopting the firm's meticulous methodologies.
- Accounts Management: Skilfully preparing accounts, including consolidated versions, leveraging CaseWare under UK GAAP or IFRS.
- Client Interaction & Team Leadership: Spearheading audit assignments while forging strong client relationships, ensuring audit issues are resolved before manager review, and overseeing the work of junior team members.
- Communication & Collaboration: Diligently communicating with the managerial team, especially regarding complex or sensitive issues, and demonstrating astute judgement on when to escalate matters.
- Innovation in Methodology: Proactively suggesting innovative alterations to audit methodologies to enhance overall efficiency.
Is This You?
- Academic and Professional Prowess: A part-qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW or ICAS), holding a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline, or equivalent, and a minimum of 120 UCAS Tariff points from top 3 A-levels, or equivalent. Minimum Level 7 (A) in GSCE Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
- Audit Mastery: Demonstrable audit-bias expertise and familiarity with UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Leadership Acumen: Proven experience in leading an audit team and managing group audits effectively.
