My client who are a leading specialist in corporation tax technology and services in the UK and Ireland are looking for a Part time PA based in Staines (25 hours per week). They offer hybrid working and salary is DOE.
The role
Reporting to the CFO, the principle duties will include providing a responsive support to internal and external customers, ensuring information is provided in a timely manner to relevant team members.
This role works very closely across the whole leadership team, particularly supporting the Chief Growth Officer and our Chairman/ Vice Chairman.
Activities within the role:
* Assist with extensive electronic diary management.
* Producing powerpoint documents/ information for CEO and Leadership team.
* Manage the EOS Ninety Leadership team meeting system and ensure actions are correctly captured
* Support the preparation of board pack including agenda, actions and presentation in advance of the board meeting - ensuring venue, refreshments etc are arranged
* Managing the timely completion of legal/ business documents.
* Collating meeting papers occasionally researching people / companies.
* Photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, archiving and general administration as required.
* Maintenance of hard copy and electronic filing systems including inputting data in databases/contacts as required.
* Screening telephone calls and being the gatekeeper as required.
* Monitoring inbox requirements e.g. reading emails, flagging action items and filing emails.
* Organise travel arrangements e.g. parking, taxis, trains, hotels and flights as required.
* Dealing with incoming e-mail & post and running errand requests as needed, alerting urgent items from stakeholders.
* Helping to organise events e.g. Sales conference, leadership offsite meetings
* Providing administrative support to the leadership team as required
* Acting as a primary point of contact on behalf of team
* Completion of correspondence and board documents
* Attending daily/ weekly meetings online and providing updates

* Able to use initiative and work proactively to manage items where required
* Professional, approachable and able to win hearts and minds easily
* Strong emotional intelligence
* Proficient IT skills (powerpoint, excel and outlook in particular)
* Competent use of grammar and spelling with accuracy / attention to detail
* Highly PC literate and able to format letters correctly
